Was it the low humidity? The burning desire just to exercise? (hadn't done squat for two days) or was it the breakfast of two mini Thomas' pretzel bagels + a few Milk Duds?Guess we'll find out tomorrow. Eight miles on the slate. Thank goodness no running today - too sleepy. I'll do some lite lifting @ home, lunges, squats, bicep curls & definitely FOAM ROLLING.
